DESERT

Brown crust of grains
As if the sand was drinking the sun rays
Golden rummy brown
In a tumbler
Spilling out drenching the sand golden
And a traveller
With a broad rimmed hat
Was lured by sun smoked sand
Smelling its fumes
Pretentiously discovers his
Camel ship
Swinging oscillating
Moves ahead
With a positive note
The dew drops at night
Will wash it away
Its foot prints
To set new brand
Many to follow
The starry night will bring
A new moon to declare
We are not very far
Away & away from
The boarder of Jaisalmer
Stillness prevails
The sand dunes stand
As witness for you.
